Shop with a First Responder receives local support

Mid-State Automotive recently made a $2,000 contribution to the local Shop with a First Responder program that will help provide gifts for needy children in Braxton County this Christmas.

(Above) Tim LeRose of Mid-State Automotive presented Jennifer Clark of Braxton County EMS the check last week. Also on hand were West Virginia State Police Sgt. Smith, Sgt. Gordon, Cpl. Huff and Cpl. Jordan and Capt. Scarboro of the Braxton County Sheriff’s Department.

The Sutton WV State Police Detachment provided toys to the Braxton County Coalition. (Left) Trooper Groves and Trooper Wiley presented the collected merchandise to Jennifer Clark and her daughter Samantha Deitz.
