Burnsville Public Library to offer free eNewsletter

The Burnsville Public Library is excited to offer its patrons free “Wowbrary” eNewsletter that highlights the library’s newest items, upcoming programs and events each week. The e-newsletters feature the latest bestsellers, movies, music CDs, audio books, children’s titles, cookbooks, mysteries, travel guides, health books, science fiction and more purchased by the library.

“This is a great new way to enjoy and use your public library more,” says Beth Anderson, Director of the Burnsville Public Library. “People are truly amazed when they see in one place just how many great titles we add each week.  They will also be able to better follow the library and our programs and events by signing up for the eNewsletter.”

Anderson notes that the new Wowbrary eNews-letters are extremely convenient and quickly show what’s new, whether checked out or not, all from the convenience of one’s home, work, or school computer.

The eNewsletters help those interested in just specific topics, as Anderson points out. “It only takes a mouse click to see the newest arrivals appropriate for your child or teen. There’s a separate section on parenting. Teachers can quickly spot new resources for their classes.”

Wowbrary eNews-letters are free and do not require a library card. Go to www.wowbrary.org to sign up or learn more.
