Cinderella Project set for March 18th; Donations Needed

Area High School Senior Proms will be taking place throughout the area in the coming weeks. Finding that special dress for a young woman’s big night doesn’t have to break the bank. And the solution is right here in the area.
The Cinderella Project is a community outreach program that provides teen women with an affordable way to attend their high school prom. This year it will be held Saturday, March 18 at 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at all three of West Virginia Caring’s Resale Shops; Bellview, Burnsville and Reedsville. There are new and gently used prom and formal wear, dresses, shoes, and handbags are $5.00 each. with everything you need to make your prom night special.
Donations for dresses and accessories are needed to ensure there is a full inventory of all sizes and kinds of party attire available. Donations can be dropped off at the Resale Shops and the local WV Caring offices.
The Resale Shops are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. If you have questions, please contact Jennifer McClelland at 304-864-0410, email her at jmcclelland.org.
