A Garnet Moon Boutique Rises on Main St., Sutton

Come inside the Garnet Moon Boutique and be greeted by Moriah Gioulis Scher, owner and Head Creative Designer, probably sitting behind her worktable, busily creating a custom piece of jewelry to fill an order, or something new for sale at the boutique. You will also experience a visual load of beautiful jewelry and accessories, including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, cuff bracelets, sun catchers, sterling silver and gemstone pieces, soaps, smudge sticks, tie-dyed clothing, and so much more.
Moriah, who studied Fine Art Photography at Savannah College of Art and Design, began creating jewelry while she was ordered to rest when pregnant with her first son. As her talents for jewelry making matured and her jewelry became popular, she began to sell the jewelry on Facebook and then Etsy. After a while, Moriah yearned for a chance to open a boutique in Sutton. And thus, Garnet Moon Boutique was born, and Moriah added entrepreneur to her list of achievements. Moriah’s mission is “to make beautiful Jewelry and share it with as many people as possible.” Nowadays, she manages to juggle her responsibilities as a mother, a partner, a homemaker, an artist, and now a shopkeeper.
You will find something uniquely beautiful and special at Garnet Moon, and if you do not see it, Moriah will craft it for you using copper, silver, turquoise, and other gemstones. You will, for sure, enjoy compliments from your friends and family when you wear one of Moriah’s pieces.
Moriah also carries Mary’s K9 Bakery, LLC homemade dog treats and articles from a couple of local artists. Gift certificates are available.
