Applications Are Now Being Accepted for the 14th Judicial Circuit Court Vacancy Now Being Accepted

The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is currently receiving applications to fill the judicial vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Richard A. Facemire in the 14th Judicial Circuit Court serving Braxton, Clay, Gilmer, and Webster Counties.
Candidates must submit their completed applications and letters of recommendation or comment no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. The application and additional instructions can be found at: governor.wv.gov/Documents/14th%20Judicial%20Circuit%20Application.pdf
Applications and letters of recommendation will not be considered if received after the deadline outlined above.
