Local City National Bank Named 2022 Branch of the Year

The Sutton Office of the City National Bank has been named the 2022 Branch of the Year for the Central Region. The award recognizes overall excellence and achievement based on customer service, the creation and retention of customer relationships, as well as excellence in community outreach. “To be recognized as one of the best branches out of 90 offices is a great accomplishment for the Sutton Team,” says Lisa Conant, VP and Branch Manager.
City National Bank’s Flatwoods Office received honors finishing #2 in Customer Service for 2022 out of 90 branches located throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia and Ohio.
Regional honors included: Cheryl Hamrick, Banker of the Year; Lisa Conant, Top Performer New Mortgage Loans; Stacy Buckhannon, Customer Service Representative of the Year.
