Burnsville Elementary School Hosts Family Math Night

Burnsville Elementary School hosted a family math night with tremendous success and a wonderful turnout. Students and their families visited multiple stations to participate in activities including 3-D Shapes, Area, Fraction Action, Geometry Bingo, Origami, Structures, Symmetry, and Tangrams with the help of teachers and central office staff volunteers.
Once they worked up an appetite, everyone enjoyed hot dogs, nachos, and time to fellowship with their friends and community members. Principal Grace Wine would like to offer special thanks to Mrs. Arnold for her hard work and dedication for the event, the staff, teachers, central office volunteers, board members in attendance, and community volunteers who made the evening possible.
