The local City National Bank branches are ranked first in Customer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking in the North Central Region of the country in J.D. Power 2022 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study. City claimed the top honor on their region for the fourth time in five years, scoring higher than all other banks in West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Michigan.
The U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study measures satisfaction across seven factors: Trust; People; Account offerings; Allowing customer to bank how and when they want; Saving time and money; Digital Channels; and Resolving problems or complaints. In addition to ranking highest overall in our region, City also fared the best in factors of Trust, People and Account offerings.

The J.D. Power U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study is based on responses from 101,587 customers of the largest banks in the United States.
